Privacy

Your work deserves clear choices.

Privacy information · Updated October 28, 2026 · Reachable AI B.V.

What stays on your computer

HeyProduct stores project and workspace data locally and runs your work on your computer. Opening and using the app does not require a HeyProduct or support account.

When you connect an AI provider, the provider may receive the task context you choose to use. Its account requirements, processing, and privacy terms apply separately.

Website visits and downloads

This website does not start optional analytics or error-reporting services when you visit. The hosting service processes network requests needed to deliver pages and files; app sharing controls do not control these requests.

A click on a download link, a server-observed download request, and delivered bytes are different events. A download does not prove that an app was installed or used. AWS CloudFront and S3 host the site and downloads. Selected delivery logs include request time, method, path, response status, bytes, byte ranges, request identifier and country. IP addresses and query strings are not selected for these delivery logs.

Optional usage data

Share usage data starts On for a new installation. Turn it Off in Settings → Privacy at any time. The app preserves your saved choice.

Usage reporting includes defined product activity, event identifiers and times, an installation identifier, app and operating-system version, platform, and update outcomes. The installation identifier relates permitted events from the same app installation. Project content, messages, prompts, file contents, credentials, and support contact details are excluded.

The Signed preview is configured to send this optional reporting to PostHog's EU Cloud when usage sharing is On. Turning sharing Off stops new usage reports; it does not retract data already received by the service.

Optional crash reports

Share crash reports is a separate choice and also starts On for a new installation. You can turn it Off without changing usage sharing.

The Signed preview is configured to send sanitized app-failure information to Sentry when crash sharing is On. Reports describe the fault category, app surface, build, operating-system version and controlled stack or image identifiers. Project text, secrets, raw prompts, and local paths are excluded.

If privacy preferences cannot be read or saved, reporting is disabled for that session and the app shows the problem. An unsuccessful save is never shown as saved.

Only what you deliberately send to support

Support is independent of usage and crash sharing. Opening feedback does not submit a report. Review your message and any attachment or diagnostic preview before sending. Choose private support or a public feature request deliberately.

When configured, the feedback page uses Featurebase to handle your message, conversation, and replies. The service is loaded only after you choose to open a feedback destination. Your browser may retain its support session so you can return to the same conversation.

Unsent text may be lost on failure, close, or restart. A support receipt confirms submission; a failed or unknown result does not. Turning Off app sharing does not retract an already submitted support report.

Your choices and requests

Use Settings → Privacy to stop either optional app-sharing category. For questions or a request about optional usage or crash reporting, or information you deliberately sent to support, contact support@reachableai.com. Include the support receipt or app version if you have one, without adding project secrets.
